New orders placed are subject to a 12 - 17 Business days completion period.
Delivery fee is R99 or FREE for orders R1000 or more.
Our national courier partners deliver to any address in South Africa with a street address. PLEASE NOTE: They cannot deliver to a SAPO post box. They can however deliver to a Postnet box. Please contact Postnet so they are ready for the parcel if needed.
Tracking? Tracking will be provided when we send it out from our local office in Gauteng. Unfortunately due to technical limitations we cannot provide tracking before this point. You are welcome to pop us an email to find out estimates.
Can I get it sooner if I collect? You are welcome to do so but it will take us at least 11 business days to just get the shipment in from our international warehouses. So it will not really affect the time frame.
Once goods have been secured they will be sent by national courier and you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. So please provide accurate information. Once tracking info is received you can expect the parcel within 1 - 3 Business Days.
We make use of the following national courier services. The Courier Guy, Internet Express, MDS Collivery, CourierIT, Fastway & Dawn Wing.

Emmeline's Return and Product Exchange Policy
Emmeline's is committed to upholding the highest standards of product quality and value. We recognize that there may be instances necessitating the return or adjustment of a product. To ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, we have instituted the following return and product exchange provisions:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are permissible if we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. We can entertain returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:
Sizing: When the product does not align with the expected fit.
Damage or Factory Defects: In cases where the product is received in a damaged condition or exhibits manufacturing defects.
Erroneous Product Dispatch: In instances where the delivered product differs from the customer's order.
Sizing-Related Returns:
In the context of returns pertaining to sizing, kindly consider the following:
A fee of R129 will be levied to facilitate the retrieval of the product from your location, or alternatively, you may use your preferred courier service for the return.
For ensuring an appropriate fit, it is strongly recommended that customers reference our size chart and place an order for the corresponding size, such as size 36 (EU) or 12 (UK).
Returns that involve multiple items for the purpose of sizing adjustments may incur an additional handling fee. To mitigate such situations, it is advisable to consult the size chart and make an initial order of a single item in case of sizing uncertainty.
Initial support for sizing-related returns will be provided. Subsequently, if a customer chooses to reorder a size that has previously been identified as incorrect, further returns will not be entertained. Customers are encouraged to consult the size chart before placing an order if sizing concerns exist.
Upsizing is discouraged. If a customer's size is, for instance, 32, it is advised to order items that correspond to that label.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to sizing returns, given that a new item will need to be reordered and delivered.
Cancellations:
It is essential to acknowledge that once payment has been remitted, all purchases are deemed irrevocable. Orders cannot be canceled following placement, as they are already in transit with our partners. Emmeline's disclaims responsibility for errors in ordering, such as inadvertently ordering two items instead of one. Customers are urged to exercise diligence by reviewing their shopping cart before finalizing their order, as returns under such circumstances will result in a 45% restocking fee issued in the form of store credit.
Cases Eligible for Refund:
Refunds will be considered under the following scenarios:
Factory Defects: Instances such as missing stitching or damage.
Erroneous Product Delivery: In cases where the product dispatched deviates from the customer's original order.
Product Discrepancy: When the received product substantially departs from the depiction on our website. Evidentiary support in the form of photographic documentation must be provided via email.
Non-Delivery: In cases where the order remains undelivered beyond 30 calendar days.
Supplementary Notes:
A 25% restocking fee is applicable to sizing returns; therefore, customers are advised to diligently consult the size chart prior to initiating an order.
Lingerie and Bodysuits are non-returnable, with no exceptions.
Returned items are either charitably donated or sold at a loss, as they cannot be reclaimed or repurposed.
Swimwear must maintain its original protective lining in the bottom section.
Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were originally received.
Refunds may be subject to nominal transaction fees, contingent on the payment method employed.
Refunds or store credits shall only be processed subsequent to the receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Refunds typically entail a processing period spanning 14 business days following the reception of the returned goods.
It is important to bear in mind that Emmeline's does not facilitate returns predicated upon a change of preference. Consequently, customers are encouraged to place orders for items they unequivocally intend to retain. Claims related to disparities between the product depiction and the actual product are contingent upon the submission of photographic evidence. It is imperative to recognize that the final courier charge cannot be refunded, as the courier service has already discharged its obligations.
Replacement items shall be re-ordered and delivered within the same 12 to 17 business days, mirroring the temporal framework of the original order.

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. 1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, the return will be process. Once inspected either store credit or refund will be processed based on the policy.
