What is Emmeline's Fashion? Emmeline's fashion provides an easy platform to shop for imported ladies fashion products. We import on your behalf so you don't have to worry about all the paperwork & hidden fees. The range of clothing available within South Arica is more limited and sometimes more expensive. We provide an easy to use website to shop for the latest designs at a reasonable price with no hidden fees.
How long is delivery? Orders are subject to a 12 - 17 Business days time frame. However most orders are completed sooner. We plan to reduce this policy soon when international trade is back to normal.
Can I get it sooner if I collect? You are welcome to do so but it will take us at least 11 business days to just get the shipment in from our international warehouses. So it will not really affect the time frame.
Why does it take so long? One of the best things about Emmeline's Fashion is our massive variety. Over 4000 unique products to choose from. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate that kind of stock levels. We order our products from our warehouse overseas and express ship it to SA. This process takes around 11 business days and is then sent to you by courier. This allow us to have a wide variety at an excellent price.
Tracking? Tracking ill be provided when we send it out from our local office in Gauteng. Unfortunately due to technical limitations we cannot provide tracking before this point. You are welcome to pop us an email to find out estimates.
How much is delivery? We charge a standard fee of R99 for orders under R1000. For orders over R1000 delivery is FREE.
My delivery is late. What do I do? Please note we have a 12-17 Business days delivery period. If it taking longer than that please refer to our refund policy below.
What Sizes do you supply? Our clothing are labeled according to US sizing but we supply the correct size you select based on standard South African clothing sizes. Please use the sizing chart on the product page.
Is payments secure? Yes, we currently use Payfast as our trusted payment provider and all payments are handled on the super secure Payfast platform. You payment info is never present on our website and is handled by a secure encryption.
How do I follow up on an order? Simply hit reply on the email you received about your order or refer to our Contact Us Page.
Can I get my order quicker? Yes however this will incur additional charges for shipping & customs. Its only worth it for larger orders. But the minimum time, if all goes smoothly will still take at least 7 working days. Send us an email to email@example.com to find out.
Does the price Include VAT? Yes however we cannot charge VAT on our invoices just yet as we are a growing small business. The price you see is the price you pay simple.
Can I Return my order if it does not fit? Yes. We do however provide store credit value so you can then order the correct size. We provide accurate measurement so please do not upsize. Please note for larger return of more than 1 item a handling fee is charged please see our returns policy below.
